VBS Offering

Each year during VBS, boys and girls go head-to-head in a friendly Boys vs. Girls Offering Challenge to raise money for a special mission. Boys and girls are encouraged to bring in money each night to support their team.  Our volunteers love to cheer them on & join in the fun, as well! In the past, the losing team’s leader has faced some hilarious consequences—getting in a dunking booth, being pied in the face, kissing a pig, and even being drenched with a cooler of ice water!

This year’s twist? The losing team's leader will have their hair spray-dyed by the winning team… in the color of the winner’s choice!

After the offering deadline during our VBS Celebration on Wednesday night, we will calculate the total & announce the winner.  All funds raised will be given to Called to Care, supporting children entering foster care.   Our donation will be used to purchase items such as toiletries, pillows, blankets, Bibles, shoes, socks, underwear, clothing, and more for their Journey Bag Program.
